Macadamia Pesto
- 1 cup macadamias, lightly roasted.
- 2 cups basil leaves tightly packed
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
- 1 cup macadamia oil
- 4-6 cloves garlic
- 1 lemon juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:

Blend all ingredients together in a food processor until finely chopped. Store in a jar in the fridge for up to 10 days.
